What schools and companies ask first.

In a managed Postgres database (Supabase) hosted in the EU. Each organisation is isolated with row-level security policies, so one org can't read another's data.

Yes. We're built in Norway, so EU data residency is the default, not an upgrade. And we'll happily sign a databehandleravtale / DPA with you as part of onboarding; it's a normal part of how we work with organisations.

No, and you really shouldn't. Drop in any document (PDF, DOCX, slides, plain text) and an advanced AI model writes a first draft. You skim, edit anything that looks off, and approve. Members see only what you approved.

Every module has a completion roster: who passed, who's in progress, and who hasn't started. Passing an assessment issues a verifiable certificate with a public URL, and the record stays with your organisation.
