Spooky Manor: A Haunted House Escape Where Right Answers Open the Locks
Sneak through a dark, candlelit manor with your lantern. Search furniture for candy and clues, answer questions from your notes to open locked chests and doors, and find the moon pieces before Wisp the ghost catches you.
About Spooky Manor
Spooky Manor is a haunted house escape built from your own study notes. You start locked in the attic of an old manor with nothing but a lantern. The light only reaches a few steps, candles flicker in the halls, and somewhere out there Wisp the ghost is floating around looking for someone to play tag with.
Search everything. Bookshelves, beds, crates, trunks, pianos and paintings can hide candy, a clue note or a silly surprise, like a sleepy bat or a spider in a tiny top hat. Locked chests hold the moon pieces you need to leave the floor, and they only open when you answer a question from your notes right. Locked doors work the same way, and so does the secret on each floor: a music box, a portrait and an old clock that hide a passage to a golden candy.
Ghosts patrol the halls, and you can see where they are looking by the soft glow in front of them. If a ghost sees you, your courage drops, and if it catches you, it giggles and floats away. Walk out of sight, stand near a candle, or hide in a wardrobe and answer a question to feel brave again. If your courage runs out, you run back to the start of the floor, but you keep everything you found.
Questions are never timed. The whole manor freezes while a question is on screen, so you can read and think. A wrong answer shows the right one, lets you ask for an explanation, and then you can try a different question or walk away and come back later.
There are three floors, each bigger than the last: the Dusty Attic, the Creaky Bedrooms and the Grand Hall, where two ghosts are on patrol. Each floor gives up to three stars: one for escaping, one for finding the secret and one for never running out of courage. Open the front door at the end to escape Spooky Manor.
